Whitefish Bay
Dates:
TBA 2009
Trip Leader:
Jim Hall
The wrecks of Whitefish Bay are very famous, although we can't dive the most famous of all...
"The Fitz," we can dive some superb and intact wrecks. Most of the wrecks here are fairly
deep and very advanced. But, the extra effort is worth the reward! Be sure to tune up before
coming to Whitefish. We will have one boat for new Whitefish divers
this year. If you haven't been here yet and have experience... Come give it a
try!!
Straights of Mackinaw
Dates: August 28-30, 2009
Trip Leader: Jim Hall
The Straights of Mackinaw is a favorite wreck diving location, with dives for intermediate to advanced divers. Some wrecks are as shallow as 40 feet while others are over 100 feet deep. The best known wreck is the 500 foot long Cedarville. You can never see it all, it's so big! With many other wrecks to dive, this is a very exciting weekend. Non-divers can take a trip to Mackinaw Island for a day if they want. The trip is limited to 16 divers.
